The PLATINUM cooling tower compliance bundle consists of the following services:

1. Our experts will conduct and electronically document all of your required weekly cooling tower – water testing.

2. Our experts will conduct and electronically document your weekly inspection of your cooling tower

3. Our consultants will schedule and conduct routine – compliance legionella testing,

4. Our consultants will schedule and then conduct routine – compliance cooling tower inspections (performed prior to every 90 days).

5. Our consultants will schedule and electronically document the building’s annual certification and annually renew the cooling tower plan.

6. Our consultants will conduct all required filing within the NYC Portal.

7. Our consultants will conduct all communication with the water treatment vendor to ensure full compliance.

8. Our consultants will all provide your whole staff with a mobile file management application/software (COMPLI APP).
